1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and accessing the GenRev Education course programme ("the Programme") on genrev.ng, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with enrollment.

2. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you are granted a single, non-transferable lifetime licence to access the Programme content. You may not share, resell, distribute, or sub-licence your access to any third party.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once course content has been accessed. Specifically:

Once you have watched more than 5 minutes of any video lesson, your purchase is final and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Your watch history is recorded and monitored on our platform. Any refund request will be reviewed against your actual viewing activity.
If you have not watched any content at all and you contact us within 48 hours of purchase, a full refund will be issued. This is the only condition under which a refund is guaranteed.
All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via Paystack. Currency fluctuations or bank charges are not our responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content including videos, notes, workbooks, templates, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of GenRev Education. Recording, downloading, screen-capturing, or redistributing any content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate access termination without refund.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. GenRev Education is not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account. Each purchase is for one user only — account sharing is not permitted.

6. Content Updates

GenRev Education reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time without prior notice. Lifetime access means access for as long as the platform operates, not a guaranteed permanent duration.

7. Disclaimer

Results mentioned in testimonials and marketing materials are individual results and are not guaranteed. Income and client acquisition outcomes depend entirely on the effort, skill, and circumstances of each student. GenRev Education makes no income guarantees.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
